The Enneagram is a tool that helps us understand different ways people see the world and deal with their emotions. It breaks down nine personality types, and each type is connected in a meaningful way, which we show using a nine-pointed diagram. Our goal was to find a simple, yet creative way to visually represent each of these nine types, making them unique and easy to understand.
Personification
To represent the nine different personalities, we decided to use circles. The circle keeps things neutral, but still powerful in its meaning. Each personality type is given its own unique color palette, which ties everything together as a vibrant spectrum of personalities, almost like a rainbow. This simple design choice helps showcase the individuality of each type while keeping the overall look cohesive

The Style
We chose a cel-shaded style with bold shadows because it gave the project a clean, modern feel, and it even reminded us of the look of the DSM-5. By working in 3D, we were able to bring the personalities to life with depth, perspective, and movement, allowing us to really play with how each personality was represented in a dynamic way.
